A Description of work
A.1 Description of work
6. taseme ehitusjuht töötab ehitustööde korraldajana ja vastutava spetsialistina ehitusobjektidel.
Ehitusjuhina tegutsedes on lisaks ehitusalastele teadmistele ja oskustele oluline juhtimisoskus.
Ehitusjuht on vastutav objekti tehnilise ja majandusliku tegevuse eest ning vajadusel ka tööohutuse ...
eest objektil. Ta juhib ehitustöid, korraldab koosolekuid (alltöövõtjate, hankijate, tellijate, projekteerijatega) ja kontrollib, kas tööd on tehtud vastavalt projektdokumentatsioonile ja ehitusnormidele.
Ehitusjuht, tase 6 kutse on spetsialiseerumispõhine ning annab õiguse juhtida ehitustegevust ainult järgnevalt kirjeldatud piirangute ulatuses.
1. Üldehituslik ehitamine
1) Maapinnast kuni 45 m kõrguste ja 8 m sügavuste hoonete ja nende konstruktsioonide ehitamine, lammutamine ja fassaaditööde tegemine arvestades järgmisi sillete piiranguid:
a) monoliitsed betoonkonstruktsioonid kuni 18 m;
b) monteeritavad betoonkonstruktsioonid kuni 25 m;
c) kivikonstruktsioonid;
d) teraskonstruktsioonid kuni 36 m;
e) puitkonstruktsioonid kuni 18 m.
f) komposiitkonstruktsioonid
2) Kuni teise geotehnilise kategooriaga¹ ehitiste ehitamine.
3) Mitte üldises kasutuses olevate krundisiseste teede-platside ja transpordirajatiste ehitamine mittekeerukates ehitusgeoloogilistes tingimustes.

2. Hoone sisekliima tagamise süsteemide ehitamine
Hoone sisekliima tagamise süsteeme võib ehitada
1) Elamutele (kood 11000²)
2) Kuni 45 m kõrgustele ilma erinõueteta hoonetele (mitteelamud²) köetava pinnaga kuni 10 000 m², välja arvatud:
a) kõrgendatud sisekliima nõuetega hooned või ruumid (õhu puhtus, temperatuur, müra, niiskus), nt muuseumid, haiglad, puhasruumid
b) tootmishooned, millel on erinõuded sisekliimale
c) kõrghooned
d) veekeskused, ujulad
e) uurimis- ja teaduslaborid
f) tunnelid ja allmaarajatised
g) kõrgendatud tuleohuga hooned

3. Hoonesisese või selle juurde kuuluva veevarustuse ja kanalisatsioonisüsteemi ehitamine
Hoonesisesed veevarustuse- ja kanalisatsioonisüsteemid ja sinna juurde kuuluvad kinnistusisesed torustikud ja seadmed kuni liitumispunktini (sh omapuhastid, kinnistu pumplad ja puurkaev-pumplad, mille projektikohane tootlikkus on alla 10 m³/ ööpäevas ühe kinnisasja või kuni 50 inimese vajaduseks) järgmiste piirangutega:
1) Elamud (kood 11000²)
2) Kuni 8-korruselised ja brutopinnaga kuni 10 000 m² hooned (mitteelamud²), mis
a) ei ole kõrgendatud riskiga ehitised
b) erinõueteta tootmishooned
c) erinõueteta ühistranspordijaamad – sõlmed, transpordi hooldejaamad (ülevaatus, remont jms)
d) muud hooned, mis ei kuulu järgnevasse loetelusse:
- kõrghooned
- veekeskused ja ujulad
- uurimis- ja teaduslaborid
- tunnelid ja allmaarajatised

4. Ühisveevärgi või kanalisatsiooni ehitamine
Kutse võimaldab teostada töid järgmise suuruse ja võimsusega objektidel:
1) Ühisveevärgi süsteemid, millega on liitunud kuni 250 elamukinnistut
2) Ühiskanalisatsiooni süsteemid, millega on liitunud kuni 250 elamukinnistut ning mis ei asu nõrgalt kaitstud või kaitsmata põhjaveega alal
3) Reoveepuhastid koormusega 5000 ie ning mis ei asu nõrgalt kaitstud või kaitsmata põhjaveega alal
4) Veetöötlusjaamad tootlikkusega kuni 2500 m³/d

5. Omanikujärelevalve tegemine
Kutse võimaldab teha omanikujärelevalvet üldehitusliku ehitamise, sisekliima tagamise süsteemide ehitamise ja hoonesisese või selle juurde kuuluva veevarustuse ja kanalisatsioonisüsteemi ning selle juurde kuuluvate kinnistusiseste torustike ja seadmete ehitamisele kuni liitumispunktini järgmistel objektidel:
1) Elamud (koodid 11100 ja 11210)²
2) Tagajärgede klassi CC1 (EVS-EN 1990:2002+NA:2002 järgi) liigituvad hooned

A.3 Work environment and specific nature of work
Ehitusjuhi põhitööd tehakse ehitusobjektil ja kontoris. Tööaeg on paindlik – üldjuhul töötatakse viiel päeval nädalas, kuid vajadusel tuleb töötada ka nädalavahetusel. Töö rütm võib sõltuvalt ehitustehnoloogilistest vajadusest, hooajalisusest või tööde ajagraafikust olla intensiivne, töötada tuleb s...õltuvalt ehitusobjektist suurtel kõrgustel või süvendis.
Töökeskkond ehitusobjektil on seotud kõrgendatud riskidega, mistõttu ehitusjuht peab järgima keskkonna-, tööohutuse- ja töötervishoiunõudeid.

Ehitusjuht, tase 6 kutsestandard koosneb kaheksast kohustuslikust (B.2.1 – B.2.8), neljateistkümnest spetsialiseerumisega seotud (B.2.9 – B.2.21) ja kuuest ehitusjuhi kutset läbivast (B.2.22 – B.2.27) kompetentsist.

3. Veendub, et ehitise mahamärkimisega seotud geodeetilised tööd on teinud pädev spetsialist. Kontrollib geodeetilise mõõdistusakti vastavust projektile.
4. Kontrollib ehitatava ehitise ja selle osade vastavust ehitusprojektile ning ehitusettevõtja ja ehitise omaniku vahel kokkulepitud tingimustele ja kvaliteedile. Vastavalt kvaliteedihinnangutele teeb vajadusel ettepanekuid täiendavate mõõtmiste, katsetuste ja ekspertiiside teostamiseks ja kontrollib nende põhjal vastu võetud otsuste täitmist.
5. Kontrollib kasutatavate ehitustoodete dokumentatsiooni olemasolu. Kontrollib esitatud dokumentide põhjal ehitisse püsivalt paigaldatavate ehitustoodete ja -seadmete vastavust ehitusprojektile.
6. Kontrollib kaetavate tööde vastavust ehitusprojektile ja normidele ning annab loa järgnevateks töödeks. Kontrollib kaetud tööde nõuetekohast dokumenteerimist.
7. Osaleb omaniku esindajana ehitustöö või selle osade üleandmisel-vastuvõtmisel. Kontrollib töövõtja poolt aktiga esitatud tööde mahtude vastavust tegelikkusele.
8. Osaleb ehitise üleandmise-vastuvõtmise protsessis, kontrollides ehitustööde täitedokumentatsiooni koosseisu, nendes esitatud andmete õigsust ja vastavust nõuetele.
9. Kontrollib keskkonnaohutuse nõuete täitmist ehitusobjektil.
10. Teeb märkusi tööohutuse nõuete rikkumise tuvastamisel. Teavitab Tehnilise Järelevalve Ametit ehitise ehitamisel toimunud avariist või õnnetusjuhtumist, mis tulenes ehitise või ehitamise nõuetele mittevastavusest ning juhul kui see on põhjustanud inimvigastusi või materiaalset kahju või võib neid põhjustada; juhul, kui seda ei ole teinud ehitusettevõtja või ehitise omanik.

2) omanikujärelvalve tegevust reguleerivad seadusandlikud aktid;
3) välisveevarustuse ja kanalisatsioonivõrkude ehitamisel kasutatavad ehitusmaterjalid (metall-, plast- jm torud, isolatsioonimaterjalid jne), nende omadused;
4) geofüüsika alused;
5) hüdrotehnika alused;
6) ühisveevärgi seadmete ja süsteemide tööpõhimõtted;
7) ehitusmasinad ja seadmed;
8) ehitustehnoloogiad tehnorajatiste ehitamise valdkonnas;
9) betoonkonstruktsioonid;
10) metallkonstruktsioonid;
11) truubid, kanalid, tunnelkollektorid, pumplad;
12) pumbad ja mahutid;
13) vee- ja kanalisatsioonisüsteemid ja nende tööpõhimõtted;
14) kaasaegsed vee- ja kanalisatsioonitorustike materjalid ja nende kinnitusvahendid;
15) põhiliste sanitaarseadmete tööpõhimõtted;
16) veevarustuse ja kanalisatsioonisüsteemide ehitamisel kasutatavad seadmed (pumbad, mahutid jne.);
