12. Ability to read technical drawings and schemes and to use repair databases, catalogues and manuals.

14. Has the following Estonian skills: comprehension at the B2 level and speaking and writing at the B1 level (see Annex 2).
15. At least one foreign language (preferably English) at the B1 level for comprehension and the A2 level for speaking and writing (see Annex 2).
